All prices include amenities: 2,000 Mbps fibre internet, unlimited barista coffee, printing, and free parking.

Yes. We now offer a 1 Week Pass at $150 + GST, giving you full business hours access for an entire week. It's ideal if you're visiting Wellington, working through a project sprint, or want to try the space properly before committing to a monthly membership. All amenities are included — internet, coffee, parking, phone booths.

All memberships include: 2,000 Mbps fibre internet, unlimited barista coffee, free on-site parking, access to shared kitchen, printing (A4 and A3), use of giant whiteboards, access to 2 soundproof phone booths, and 24/7 access. A Wellington business address is available as a paid add-on ($79/mo).

A dedicated desk at Lyall Bay WorkHub is $499/month + GST. This gives you your own permanent desk with personal storage and all standard amenities. A Wellington business address can be added for $79/month.

The meeting room is available at $199/day + GST. It seats up to 4 people and includes video conferencing equipment, a large whiteboard wall, and fast internet. Members can also book it for shorter periods — contact us for half-day rates.

Sole traders, freelancers and individuals can — the standalone address is $79/month + GST with no desk required, to use on your website, invoices and mail and keep your home address private. Companies that need it as a registered office get it with a desk or office membership (included with a Dedicated Desk).

Yes. Our personal New Zealand address service ($79/month + GST) is for Kiwis and expats living overseas who need a reliable NZ address for their mail — shares and dividend statements, IRD, KiwiSaver, bank and insurance letters, and parcels. We receive it, tell you what has arrived, and hold, scan or forward it to you anywhere in the world.
