How do I join Lyall Bay WorkHub?
Start with a free one-day trial. If it suits, choose a plan (day pass, hot desk, dedicated desk, private or shared office, or business address), and we get you set up with access and WiFi. Everything is month-to-month with no lock-in.
Is there really no lock-in contract?
Correct. All memberships are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel at any time as your needs change.
What does it cost to get started?
The trial is free. After that, a casual day pass is $49/day, hot desks start at $149/month, a dedicated desk is $499/month, and a business address is $79/month — all + GST.
Do I need to book in advance?
For your free trial, yes — book a day so we can have everything ready. Members come and go as they like; the meeting room is booked on request.
Can my team join together?
Yes. We offer shared office space and team desks with custom pricing. Tell us your headcount and we will sort a flexible, no-lease setup.
